This product is pretty spesh. It's so natural, healthy and hugely less sugary compared to standard, mass-manufactured, supermarket granola! The best thing I can conclude about this cereal is the fact that it's less dense, results in rare jaw ache (unlike heavy clustered supermarket granola) and is pleasant and light to eat. There is no overpowering flavours, ouchy mouth grazes or sickly-sweet moments- the flavour is nicely consistent and the ingredients are lovely, small, taken-care-of ingredients. It's like a bag of precious gems, with a good even dynamic mix of gorgeous stuff. No longer do you have to endure 90% samey-oat and silly percent 'good for you' items.
It's perfect with greek yoghurt and a dash of milk in a little clear glass as I always take it. Check out my preview:
The orange flavour was chosen for me as a gift at Spitalfields market, due to my citrus biased tastebuds, but it also comes in blueberries, cherries and ginger. It's so delicately fragrant with tiny little pieces of chew in there every now and then- they're like tiny eating surprises through the tasting journey! Containing jumbo oats, coconut flakes (my favourite in the bag) and an array of seeds full of vitamins, this granola is a delight to eat and hard to part with once it's gone- I didn't want to see my 350g bag decline in weight! Because it is more special- organic, hand-made AND an award winner- it feels like an uber treat! I'm so used to having such a generic toast or cereal breakfast, that this is smashing the norm out the park. It's interesting and I appreciate breakfast time more now *smiley face*.
Mini Magoo's granola is great as a snack too! Another USP is the fact that one can take it in a little snack pouch to work for an interesting, textured handful and quick energy boost. I would love to try the ginger next as a huge fan of this spice in oriental cooking and deserts! If it's anything like the orange, it's going to be a winner- not too overpowering and light.
