I HAVE FINALLY FOUND THIS SONG'S ARTIST. Ever since discovering it on Tumblr, I have been trying to locate the artist- turns out it's ELMNT. ELMNT has a really warming, satisfying sound quality to his rap. It's soothing- the type of voice I could listen to for most a day and be completely chilled out.
