Ahoy there, I am now going to proceed with a rant on my good news and the delightful feeling of success for a bit, coupled with the fact that I am probably due to be paid soon from working at Abercrombie. (slight cringe as I type this, but what the hell I get free jeans) YAY MONEY! It feels nice to get paid for p*ss all.
TURNS OUT I GOT SELECTED FOR THE POCKET LONDON BLOGGER/SOCIAL MEDIA/IDEAS INTERN. Pocket is the brand founded by Louise from Made In Chelsea and her partner Edward. They represent good quality, stylish, authentic and charitable jeans for women’s fashion. YEAH AND I GOT IT OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF APPLICANTS. Slight feel of righteousness and pride, like a cheshire cat and all that.
I start in London between her house and various venues for different projects in August for a few weeks, growing their brand, blog, helping with re-branding their label and website, writing copy when necessary, social media and generally being part of the tripod team that is going to be a push push and twerk situation! They have a pop-up shop coming soon, so there will be a lot going on with the planning and opening of that! I get to work alongside the founders and even get creative with brand ideas, visuals and graphics. This should be FUN. I am super excited! Adios.
