Day out at Portobello market, Nottinghill. Tile photo is the interior found in GBK, along the market’s road. I liked that touch. Right is my beloved acid wash leggings, jellies and shadow! Any excuse for a snaaaaap.

‘Twas a lovely day for Portobello yesterday. I completed several sun-soaked, fascinating hours with fellow UCL babe/dear friend Alexa- it was spectacular to not only catchup, but also to complete a new adventure. After recently moving to London I have a substantial urge to try as much as possible! We scoffed a GBK and a Hummingbird bakery red velvet (guilty! And yes that’s two in a week…).
There is a chance we a) may have showed up too late to experience the full buzz of the market or b) not delved into it enough because it wasn’t particularly swarming and the stalls were sporadic along the way- unexpectedly quieter than usual I would imagine (??). I was so adamant on purchasing a handcrafted silver ring as I ADORE them. Ring fashion is my absolute number one! You know those ones with random, coloured, hippie, stones in, with tarnished, authentic looking silver encasing them and a overall the ring part is a bit bent…yeah them. They were all massive-fitting and pricey so I left disappointed…BUT NOW I KNOW…
Conclusions: brown circular sunnies purchased (2 for a fiver),
CAKEEE, colourful facades (Nottinghill is living location heaven) and return for tartan scarves and gemmed rings in future. I need to get rich basically…
